Audrey can’t leave the house… she can’t even take off her dark glasses inside the house. But when her brother’s friend Linus stumbles into her life, he starts to entice Audrey out again. With Linus at her side, Audrey feels like she can do the things she’d thought were too scary.
Suddenly, finding her way back into the real world seems achievable.

Sophie Kinsella
Sophie’s real name is Madeline Wickham. She studied Politics, Philosophy and Economics at Oxford, and had her first book published when she was 24. In 2000, she published the first book in her Shopaholic series, Confessions of a Shopaholic, which was made into a film starring Isla Fisher.
Finding Audrey is her first YA novel but she’s probably had some pointers from her sister Gemma Malley, author of the award-winning Declaration series.
You can find out more about Sophie and her writing on her website and on twitter.
