The 2019 Derbyshire Schools’ Book Award was celebrated at Derby University on 13th February, 2019 along with shortlisted authors, Paula Rawsthorne and Dan Walker.  Over 100 students from all across the county enjoyed a fabulous afternoon celebrating the shortlisted books.

The event culminated in Shell by Paula Rawsthorne been announced as the winner of the 2019 Derbyshire Schools’ Book award.
